Milton M. Hill Quality Award
Atlas' most prestigious award is the Milton M. Hill Quality Award. This
award is dedicated to the memory of Milt Hill and the quality and professionalism
he demanded for our customers.
For 2005-2006, only 46 Atlas agents qualified for this award. We have earned this prestigious annual award the past seven years!
Recipients of the Milton M. Hill Quality Award must meet or exceed Atlas
standards in all quality criteria, from customer satisfaction ratings and
weight estimating accuracy to claims ratios, safety points and warehouse
ratings. To even be considered for this award, an agent must first receive
the Hauling Excellence Award during the same period.
While Atlas recognizes outstanding achievement, this award is reserved for
those select few that genuinely rank as the best of the best.
Hauling Excellence Award
Home Moving has earned this award the last nine consecutive years!
Only Atlas agencies that are credited with hauling household goods shipments
totalling at least $750,000 dollars in transportation during the year are
eligible for this award. In addition, these agents must maintain a high Operations
Excellence rating and receive a 90% positive response from customers when
asked if they would use the agency's services again.
Superior Packing Award
We have been awarded the Superior Packing Award for the past nine consecutive
years. Agents whose concern for their customers belongings is evident by exceeding
Atlas' packing claim standards are recognized with this award.
